MPJ Security Update

DOG will be in charge of all MPJ security going forward. Installation of the invisible electric fences is almost complete. All new members have been scheduled for their big toe microchipping procedures by Dr. Lordess (a graduate of MPJU). All founding members should have received their microchipped tiaras at this point.
